PONGWE, Tanzania (June 10, 2009) Local men sing and dance during a dedication ceremony at Ziwani Primary School. Service members from the Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), headquartered in Djibouti, in conjunction with the government of Tanzania and the Embassy in Dar es Salam, dedicated improved facilities, funded by CJTF-HOA.
