Richeliu Apartments after Hurricane Camille. Thirty out of 32 people having a "hurricane party" died here. Richeliu Apartments were found to be poorly constructed. It probably would not have mattered how good the construction was as 20 to 25 feet of storm surge devastated all in its path. Pass Christian, Mississippi, 1969.
