VI, p. 159. 1913. Female.—Length, mm.; abdomen, 1 mm.; ovipositor, .7 mm. Face, cheeks and a partial ring around eye yellow. Vertex and occiput very dark brown, nearly black. Vertex finely transversely rugulose. Prothorax yellowish, indistinctly marked with dusky on the sides. Rest of the thorax nearly black with a dull yellowish tinge showing through on the scapulas and scutellum. Antennae brownish yellow, scape and pedicel black above and yellow beneath. Anterior coxas yellow; middle and hind coxse brownish; rest of legs light yellowish. Wings hyaline; stigmal club not surrounded by a clouded
