Then again, there are those who take pleasure in making all their pleasures pay. Mr. Milliken might be called one of the latter. His real business is in St. Louis. His estate business is among the beautiful hills of Crescent. Here he has an extensive range of greenhouses for carnations and roses. The five we built for him are Iron Frame. As is so often the case, the first houses were of that experimental brand of construction which were bought because "the price looked ; The price was right for that brand of houses, but Mr. Milliken wasn't long in finding out that the brand was wrong. Then it was we began selling him some real houses. If you are thinking of building, let us give you some good, husky, money-making thoughts to think.
