A Kashmiri man inspects a houseboat which capsized following heavy rains. A flood alert has been sounded in Kashmir in the wake of continuous rains since Wednesday. The Irrigation and Flood Control Department of the state has issued the alert in several places after the water crossed the danger mark in different tributaries in Srinagar, Indian administered Kashmir.
