ATLANTIC OCEAN (July 16, 2014) Quartermaster 3rd Class Daniel Solano performs in the security reactionary force basic oleoresin caspicum (OC) course on the flight deck aboard guided-missile destroyer USS Oscar Austin (DDG 79). Oscar Austin, homeported in Norfolk, Va., is on a scheduled deployment supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the 6th Fleet area of operations.
