CHICAGO, Ill. (March 7, 2019) Dr. Steven Lieberman, acting principal deputy under secretary for health for the Veterans Health Administration, meets with staff of Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center during a tour of the facility. Lovell FHCC is the first-of-its-kind, and only, health care center that integrates Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs medical care in to a single combined mission.
