Entitled: "Police Department swears in Singer midgets, Louis Vasshek & Dora Vieg." Singer's Midgets were a popular vaudeville group in the first half of the 20th century. Leopold von Singer (May 3, 1877 - March 5, 1951) formed Singer's Midgets in 1912-13, and built the Liliputstadt, a "midget city" at the "Venice in Vienna" amusement park, where they performed.
