The largest shopping mall currently being built in Europe, the Paradise Project, now known as Liverpool One, is a 900 million UK pound development of a 42 acre city centre area of Liverpool, Merseyside, UK, and is being constructed by The Duke of Westminster of Grosvenor Development.
