SPECIAL PROVISIONS. In case the total amount received ag payments and forfeits on nominations shall amount to more than the amount guaranteed, -viz , 811,500 then, and in that event fifty per cent, of the net excess sbill tx added to thn first money. In the event of accident or injury to any foal nominated herein, nominators shall have the right, at any time on or before May 1st, 1892, to substitute another foal for the one originally nominated, subfroi however to this restriction, viz the substituted foal must have been owned by said nominator at the time he made the original nomination. CONDITIONS. Nominators will be required to state the color and sex of the foal (If foaled), the name of the sire, the dam and Ibe sire of the dam, when known; THE PRODUCE OF MAREH NOT JFOALtN 1 BVMII 1st MAT I BE NOMINATED and in caso of the mare foaling a dead foal the nominator may substitute another foal therefor, or the entrance money will be refunded, at said nominatjr'a option; in nominating the produ of mares that have not foaled, give the name and breeding of the mare and the name of the sirs of the foal; also give the name and post office addresB
