IrelandLough Corrib lake (Loch Coirib in Irish) is a lake located in County Galway in the East of Connemara, Western Ireland. The lake is separated from the sea by the River Corrib (Galway River) which crosses the city of Galway. It is the largest loch in the Republic of Ireland. It covers some 200 km².
