Windracers was conceived to provide essential logistical support to humanitarian agencies looking to sustain communities through emergencies where transportation links are poor. Our solution was designed to provide a robust, cost-effective alternative to expensive, crewed aviation for reaching local and remote villages quickly and effectively. Our essential logistics platform and solution has emerged at the forefront of uncrewed, autonomous aviation and its application and utility is relevant to a wide range of sectors and situations. Windracers ULTRA (Uncrewed Low-cost TRAnsport) was developed by Windracers in response to the need for a new type of cargo aircraft. The idea: develop a robust and low-cost self-flying cargo aircraft capable of addressing the challenging logistics problems associated with delivering essential logistics efficiently to people who needed them in a timely fashion. Windracers ULTRA is capable of carrying a payload of up to 100 kg up to 1,000km. The aircraft is designed in line with our Zero Single Point of Failure philosophy to rigorously eliminate all risk including avionics, communications and ground control. Windracers ULTRA is uncrewed and flies autonomously, controlled by Masterless, an advanced autopilot solution. Masterless is an entirely new architecture that provides best-in-class autopilot technology for aircraft in the world. Masterless is an extremely robust autopilot solution that adheres to our rigorous design philosophy.
