ROTA, Spain (March 3, 2017) Sailors assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Ross (DDG 71) man the rails as the ship arrives at Naval Station Rota, Spain. Ross is forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, conducting naval operations in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe and Africa.
