OAK HARBOR, Wash. (Jan. 31, 2019) Sailors assigned to the “Skinny Dragons” of Patrol Squadron (VP) 4 load a Mark 54 torpedo on a P-8A Poseidon aircraft at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island’s Ault Field during a proficiency exercise. VP-4 is conducting its fleet readiness training plan in preparation for their upcoming deployment.
