Aerial view of Chiribiquete National Park in San Jose del Guaviare, Colombia. This is the largest tropical rainforest national park in the world, occupying an area of about 43,000 square kilometres. The park is home to thousands of species, with dozens of them endemic to the area. In 2018, it was designated as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation).
