Part built private housing development project on the outskirts of Llanelli, abandoned after the developer - Ballantyne Homes - went out of business, Wales UK. South Wales-based Ballantyne Homes has called in administrators from Deloitte, leaving two building projects unfinished. July 2008 The housebuilder had been working on a project in Port Talbot, where 15 of 40 homes are incomplete, and another near Llanelli, where 20 plots are under construction.
