Head white ; palpi and antenna? red-brown ; frons red-brown with crimson bar above ; back of bead with two crimson spots ; thorax red-brown, the prothorax with pair of white spots edged with crimson ; pectus and legs yellow tinged with crimson, the fore tibiae and tarsi banded with brown ; abdomen yellow, dorsally tinged with brown on basal segments, then handed with crimson. Fore wing deep red-brown faintly mottled with yellowish ; a white point edged with crimson at base ; an S-shaped yellowish white antemedial spot edged with crimson and defined by yellow from subcostal nervure to vein 1 ; a yellowish white bar, excurved below subcostal nervure and with small spot before and below it, both edged with crimson and defined by yellow, from middle of costa to lower angle of cell; three small white spots edged with crimson from before termen at vein 5 to termen at vein 2 ; a series of minute white and crimson spots on the termen and cilia. Hind wing yellow with a terminal dark brown band, rather broad at costa and narrowing to a point near tornus ; cilia with yellow points from below apex to vein 2. 2 . Fore wing with the antemedial patch more trifid and not defined by yellow, the bar at end of cell confluent with the small spot and not defined by yellow. ' Sab.
