Georgia on My Mind - Brasstown Bald
The total eclipse was over but the mini-family reunion continued. My sister and brother-in-law have vacationed for years in northern Georgia and now live here — so they are excellent tour guides. Here we see the trail that starts below at the Welcome Center up to this spot — at the summit. If hiking up a steep trail is not your cup of tea, they also offer shuttle service that will transport you to the top for a small fee.
