'The Staycation Express' (or more officially The Settle and Carlisle Tourist Train) Summer special on the Settle-Carlisle railway, seen here having crossed Ribblehead Viaduct and heading north over Blea Moor towards Carlisle. Ingleborough peak is seen in the background on the right. The train service runs from Skipton to Appleby during the Summer and is Britain's first ever dedicated timetabled tourist rail service. The service is a response to the Covid-19 crisis, offering a UK tourist service for people holidaying in Britain. Special measures are used onboard to make for safe socially distanced passenger travel. The service is run by Rail Charter Services Ltd.
