RE-ROUTING PLAN DOWNTOWN DISTRICT PROPOSEDPITTSBURGH RAILWAYS CO-This plan was presented to City Councils Nov. 28, 1910 in connection with certainproposed ordinances granting the Railways Company rights over additional streetsnecessary for its establishment. It is drawn to the same scale as the present routingplan on the opposite insert to facilitate study and comparison of important features suchas volume of traffic, car interferences, long and short loops, walking distances, depotservice, transfer and loading points, emergency routing, etc.
