Type: Antique copperplate engraved print on stiff, good quality paper. The house was the property of the Peterborough family until the death of Charles Mordaunt, the Earl. It was then sold to Alexander Davis of Ebury, whose daughter and heiress, Mary, married Sir Thomas Grosvenor and their son Sir Robert Grosvenor inherited the house. It was located close to the Thames foreshore, approximately between where MI5 Thames House and the Millbank Tower are currently located
