Members of the Club,and sportsmen in general, will alwaysfind these camps a pleasant adjunct totheir trip while in the Dead Eiver Edgar Smith, who has charge ofthe camps for Mr. Viles, the presentproprietor, will be found very obligingaud painstaking with all his guests. From the Seven Ponds, a very pleas-int trip can be taken down the KennebagoStream to the lakes lying south of theClub preserves, and sportsmen contem-plating this trip should provide themselveswith Eobinsons Guide to the DeadRiver, which gives an excellent map anddescription of the region, including theRangeley, Kennebago, Parmachenee, and Bigelow Lakes.
