Light colours, a group of seven ladies (described as “Our Gang”) in joyful mood, August. Fashion and culture. From a collection of snapshot photographs of a group of women, 1928. There were few annotations on the photos, but the women seemed to travel as a group and clearly had a liking for the English county of Kent. A couple of the photos suggest they may have been feminists of their day and, although they are largely unknown, I have included them as they represent some of the fashions of the time.
