Dhebariya Rabari Boy With Herd Of Cows, Kutch

Kutch is a large district in North-West Gujarat, with a population of only 2 million. It is inhabited by a variety of ethnic groups who have managed to preserve their traditions. Dhebariya Rabari migrate from one place to other in the search of food for their cattle. Most of the time, they wander with their herds of camels, goats and sheep. Farmers living where Dhebariya Rabaris settle hire their cattle whose dung is used as a fertilizer. They also sell the wool from their sheep.
