GROTON, Conn. - (April 26, 2017) Deidra Burke and her husband, Electrician’s Mate First Class Jason Burke, share the traditional first kiss during a homecoming ceremony for the Virginia-class, fast-attack submarine, USS New Mexico (SSN 779). New Mexico and its crew returned from a regularly scheduled deployment to the European Command Area of Responsibility on April 26, 2017.
