This equipment, of which seven outfits are beingbuilt, consists of 20 in. cut from the end of an 72-in. air storage tank by means of an oxy-acetylenetorch and mounted open end up on a truck built as shownin Fig. 3. This little pinion heating car, as it might becalled, operates on a short track attached to the forgeso that when the latter is needed for other purposesthe car can be pushed to one side for a few sufficient for the days
