n 2013 and 2014 the Central Promenade in front of the Tower Buildings featured the blue Bling Illuminations, sponsored by Beaverbrook's the Jewellers. In the background Talbot Square's Sky Galaxy involves thousands of multi-coloured LED lights falling from the sky in a dazzling display of colour.
