Built in 1902, Alice had a chequered career, used for spare parts, rebuilt in 1994, and now runs along the side of Bala lake taking tourists between the nine mile journey between Llanuwchllyn and Bala. Its a narrow 2ft gauge track with a collection of locomotives operating on the line.
