Mix dry, sift the mixture over one quart of rolled oats, stirring constantly. Heat this poisoned mixture until warm. Mix 3 quarts melted beef fat with one quart melted paraffin and sprinkle six tablespoonfuls of this mixture over the poisoned oats and stir.
