An Air Force C-130 Hercules is parked at Young Air Assault Strip on Oct. 19 on South Post at Fort McCoy, Wis. The C-130, which arrived at the airstrip that same month, was transferred from Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark., to Fort McCoy, where the aircraft eventually will be used to train service members to palletize cargo. The aircraft will be permanently located at the airstrip and also will have a full enclosure built to provide for a more-defined training area. ( Army Photo by Scott T.
