An Afghan and coalition security force found and destroyed multiple weapons caches during a security operation in search of a Taliban leader in Khugyani district, Ghazni province, Jan. 11, 2012. The caches contained a significant amount of unstable explosives to include more than 100 lbs. of homemade explosives, pressure plates and bomb making material, multiple firearms, 1,200 rounds of ammunition, 35 grenades, 84 (40 mm) grenades, 21 rocket-propelled grenade boosters, and a suicide vest.
