Flowers of largest size and equal to the varieties from which the seed has been saved. Their culture is fully treated by Mrs. Ely, the author of 'A Woman's Hardy Garden,' and Mr. W. C. Egan, the eminent amateur, who makes a specialty of hardy plants in general, and Larkspurs in particular. These notes will be found on pages 89 and 213. We also offer on page 213 plants of these grand sorts. *22l6 Amos Perry. Semi-double flowers of rich rosy-mauve flushed with sky-blue; conspicuous black eye. 2217 Amyas Leigh. Rich sky-blue, inner petals rosy-plum, white centre, in large, loosely arranged, irregular spikes. 2218 Belladonna. The freest and most continuous blooming of all, never being out of flower from the end of June until cut down by hard frost.
