Donald James, associate administrator for education, NASA, congratulates Makayla Stewart, a student from Nicholson Elementary School in Picayune, Miss. and part of the team who are finalists in the Samsung "Solve for Tomorrow" contest, winning a $120,000 award, on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at NASA Headquarters in Washington, DC. They built a prototype robot that investigates city drainage systems to identify problems.
