Fruit of the medium size or greater; wider than high; depressed. Stem slender, and rather long, deeply implanted. Depression deep and wide. Calyx ra- ther large ; depression rather deep. Color carmine, upon a rich yellow ground, the whole surface being nearly all red. Flesh yellowish, crisp, juicy, subacid; flavor pleasant. It is suggested that it is a seedling from the Seeknofurther. In eating from No- vember to February.
