Luzerne County Deputy Prison Warden Sam Hyder looks out on the second floor window of the prison before the video was leaked showing the death of Shaheen Mackey while guards restrain him, cover his face with a spit guard and towel and use a Taser to subdue the man that was having a seizure. His family recently won a judgement against the prison.
