Cape Town, South Africa - May 12, 2015: The red Victorian Gothic-style Clock Tower is an important focal point in the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, in Cape Town South Africa. People are walking around the Clock Tower, which is the original Port Captain's Office. It was completed in 1882, however restorations of the Clock Tower were completed towards the end of 1997.
