Portrait of Ronald Collet Norman, c1918-1937. Norman (1873-1963) was a banker, administrator and politician. He served as Chairman of the London County Coumcil (1918-1919) and of the Board of Governors of the BBC (1935-1939). During the 1930s he was also Vice-Chairman of the National Trust.
