DENTON, Texas (March 5, 2019) The Navy Band oboe section, from left to right, Chief Musician Richard Reed Jr., from Jacksonville, Florida, Senior Chief Musician Ruth Keehner, from Gardner, Kansas, and Musician 1st Class Joshua Arvizu, from DeRidder, Louisiana, pose for a picture marking their 10th anniversary as a section following a Navy Band concert at the Murchison Performing Arts Center in Denton, Texas. The Navy Band performed in 10 states during its 23-city, 5,000-mile tour, connecting communities across the nation to their Navy.
