Robert Figgs, Commanding Officer, Trident Refit Facility Bangor (TRFB), during a gemba walk in the Pumps and Valves shop at TRFB May 17. Each week, TRFB leadership personnel visit a different production area of the facility for a first-hand look, which is referred to as a “gemba.”
