POCHEON, Republic of Korea – Chaplain (Lt. Col.) Hyeon Joong Kim (center), Seoul native, division chaplain, 2nd Infantry Combined Division, shares memories from his last visit to a senior member of the Yangmun Senior Community Center during the visit as part of the Forces Korea Good Neighbor Program, Feb. 13. The Good Neighbor Program aims to promote friendship, trust and mutual understanding between USFK service members and the Republic of Korea citizens through volunteer service and activities.
