A New York Army National Guard Soldier of the 222nd Chemical Company, based at Fort Hamilton, Brooklyn, (right) conducts a simulated dedcontamination with a member of the New York Police Department's Chemical Ordnance, Biological and Radiological Awareness (COBRA) unit at Rodman's Neck Tactical Village in the Bronx, , on Saturday Nov. 19, National Guard Soldiers and the members of the ploces of the COBRA Training Unit used the exercise to share techniques and procedures, and enhance readiness in case of a disaster or terrorist attack.
