A 29-foot vessel was located at Skiff Point by the Bainbridge Island Police Department, which initiated a search for a possible person in the water on Nov. 8, 2018. The vessel reportedly belongs to Mr. Scott Caldwell, an Olympia, Wash., native, and the Coast Guard along with local law enforcement agencies are searching the area of Bainbridge Island for a possible person in the water.
