NORFOLK (April 3, 2017) - Capt. Charles Marks, Fleet Forces (USFF) Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Officer, addresses guests during the SAPR Proclamation Kickoff event held at the Prisoner of War/Missing in Action Memorial Park on Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads. USFF SAPR victim advocates hosted the event to commence the base-wide observance of Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month and encourage leaders to pledge their command's dedication to sexual assault prevention.
