Army Soldiers from the 824th Quartermaster Company conduct a Combat Life Saver course, during an airborne operation, for the XIX Annual Randy Oler Memorial Operation Toy Drop, hosted by the Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), at Luzon Drop Zone on Dec. 12, 2016. Operation Toy Drop is the world’s largest joint and combined airborne operation and collective training exercise with paratroopers from eight partner-nations.
