Satellite Imagery To provide real-time analysis and depiction of the jet and its movement, satellite images from Scripps Satellite Oceanography Facility (SSOF) were transmitted as soon as they were received to the ship through WWD, the radio station located at Scripps, via the facsimile (FAX).
