Mark Brandau, from Baltimore, bows his head for the invocation during a change of command ceremony held on the fo'c'sle aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Stockdale (DDG 106). Stockdale is currently underway conducting routine operations in the 3rd Fleet area of operations.
