A great proportion of the work is of a practical nature, or ratherof a nature that, while military in its application, is a decided asset inthe workaday world. In Topography the work was co-ordinated withthe Civil Engineering Department, and many practical applications ofessentially military topography were taught. The course in Motors wasone of the most popular changes, teaching one hour of theoretical andtwo hours of practical motors each week. With 14 Liberty trucks, 15F. W.
