Walking in Knoydart. Beinn Sgritheall in the distance

Knoydart is traditionally known as the UK's last wilderness because of its remoteness and is only accessible by boat or on foot. It's a haven for hill walkers, mountaineers, sailors, and wildlife enthusiasts and for those who just want to get away from it all for a while. The highest mountain is Ladhar Bheinn at 1010 metres.
