Dr. Robert Brannon, dean of the College of International Security Studies, and Marcia Hampton, library director of the Marshall Center’s Research Library, were awarded the 40-year Civilian Length Service Award. Jean Callaghan, from CISS, received the award for 30 years of service. Awarded for 20 years of service were Andrej Efimenko, and Irina Sergeeva, all from CISS. The 15-year pin went to CISS staff members: Maria Filina; Elena Larina; Denis Mikhaylov; and, Denis Rodionov.
