A helmet for officers of the Prussian Fusilier Regiment No 34, Stettin Garrison, circa 1910 Blackened leather body, gilded mountings. Circular crown plate with star screws and a smooth spike. Flat metal chinscales on rosettes. Both cockades. Line unit eagle with the scroll they were awarded, "For Distinction, to the Former Royal Swedish Guards Regiment, Queen". Light-coloured leather sweatband and ribbed silk lining. Army HQ awarded this distinction scroll after the Wars of Liberation on 17 April 1816 to the 1st Battalion of the 33rd Infantry Reg, Additional-Rights-Clearance-Info-Not-Available
